We offer hotel bulk pricing from a minimum of 50 cards. The more you order, the lower the per-card cost. Contact us for a custom quote based on your property size.
Glastrix NFC cards can be encoded with a magnetic stripe or RFID frequency compatible with most hotel lock systems (MIFARE Classic 1K is the most common). We confirm compatibility with your lock brand before production. The NFC chip operates on 13.56 MHz and is separate from the lock encoding.
No. The NFC antenna and the magnetic stripe are physically separate layers in the card and operate on entirely different technologies. NFC is passive and does not emit any signal that would interfere with magnetic stripe encoding.
Production takes 3–5 business days from design sign-off. Delivery to European destinations is 1–3 additional business days. We provide full tracking.
Yes. Log in to your customer portal and update the destination URL yourself, any time — free of charge, forever. If your room service menu changes, your cards are live in seconds.
Both options are available. You can supply print-ready artwork (we provide a template), or our design team can create a layout from your brand assets. Design assistance is included in hotel orders.
